Amherst Virtual Information Session

Please join Amherst as we virtually visit Northern California!

Dear Families,

I hope that you, your family and community have been healthy and safe during these challenging times. The COVID-19 public health crisis has upended many aspects of life, including the ability to travel widely. While these restrictions prevent us from visiting your schools in-person, I do not want them to limit you and your students’ ability to learn more about what makes Amherst special. 
Please join me, Amherst’s regional admission dean for Northern California, as well as a current Amherst student from Northern California for a virtual information session on either Tuesday, September 29 at 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET or on Saturday, October 17 at 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET. These 75 minute-long sessions will include a brief overview of Amherst College, the admission and financial aid application processes as well as the opportunity to hear from a current Amherst student. Please note that although we are offering two different dates and times, both sessions will review the same information.
I would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this invitation with your students and families who may be interested in learning more about Amherst College. We have attached a flyer for the event that may be helpful with promotion via email or social media.

Once registered, a Zoom link for the event will be provided in a confirmation email. Space is limited and registration will close once we have reached capacity for the event, so please encourage your students to register in advance.
