Each year, close to 100,000 students from across the country compete in the AMC-8; an extremely fast-paced, 40-minute sprint of a test that grills students on their knowledge of a wide range of mathematical topics. This year, despite the pandemic, which prevented roughly half the normal turnout for the test nationally, 24 of our students chose to take on this challenge. Those students did an amazing job, with an average well above the national mean. In fact, the top three scorers from this year have earned Bentley a School Certificate of Merit for a combined score of 50.
