Defined by its complex coursework, engaging classes, and exceptional faculty, Bentley’s Upper School encourages students to be empowered self-advocates. With the comprehensive support of deans, advisors, teachers, peers, and college counselors, students take charge of their learning and prepare for their future beyond Bentley.
Our course offerings meet and exceed the University of California A-G requirements and include AP and Honors courses, along with a wide variety of innovative electives in every discipline. Small classes create a vibrant learning community that is both challenging and supportive. Every teacher seeks to know and engage each student as an individual.
As our students develop thinking, reasoning, and creative skills, they also discover their passions and find ways to become their best selves. Our highest goal is to help students become independent, self-possessed, compassionate young adults who find joy in learning and fulfillment in sharing their gifts with the world.
