The Sweet Swedish Fish
The Hsu/Winbush Advisory of 6th Grade students voted on a name for our section, now dubbed, “The Sweet Swedish Fish.” Each student generated their own Coat of Arms based on their personality, preferences, and experience and discussed why each chose their color scheme/symbols, and what each part of the Coat of Arms represented.
These Epic, Goofy, Goobers
The Niese Advisory of 7th Grader students generated a team name by holding a "Tournament of Words."
Students wrote down their three favorite words and faced off, eliminating words each round, which left: Epic, Goofy, Goobers -- E.G.G. for short -- which became the theme of the coat of arms. Nos Velox Pullos!
