Outdoors Club Notches First Excursion
Earlier in October, students with the Outdoors Club enjoyed an overnight camping trip in nearby Reinhart Regional Park!
After hiking (perhaps too much) gear to camp, club members enjoyed activities and games, followed by a tasty taco dinner. The evening was spent roasting marshmallows over a wood fire and seeing who could tell the scariest story. The pitter-patter of rain the next morning made for a soggy trek back to the vans, but morale was high, and the club counts it as one of their best trips yet!
