In the two weeks before graduation, seniors participated in various activities, from community service to bonding as a class one final time before leaving the walls of Bentley.
On their first adventure together, they worked with the non-profit Pacific Beach Coalition to pick up 41 lbs of waste (and 1,033 cigarette butts, yuck!) at Pacifica State Beach. As last week's Bulletin mentioned, Professor Jenny Chatman shared her insights with the class on navigating new academic challenges and cultivating meaningful relationships and mentorships in, and beyond college.
Later in the week, they enjoyed a day at "Boomers" in Livermore, riding go-karts, playing mini-golf and laser tag, and enjoying time together off-campus as the Class of 2024. The Senior parents hosted a fun-filled lunch on the Little Theatre patio packed with getting to know each other more events with pinatas in the grove and a balloon toss at the tennis courts.
While we are sad to see the seniors go, we are excited to see them walk across the stage on Friday afternoon, receive their diplomas, and receive the recognition they so rightly deserve from the entire Bentley community. Well done, Class of 2024! We will miss you all!
