Halloween Fun and Yearlong Bonds: Kindergarten and 3rd Grade Buddies
Our Kindergartners are paired with 3rd graders as buddies for the entire school year.
To kick things off, last week on Halloween, they had a blast creating friendly, "flying" ghosts that seemed to magically float above their desks, thanks to a hidden paperclip and some strong magnets. It was a great start to their journey as buddy duos!
Throughout the school year, these buddy pairs will have several opportunities to connect and spend time together. This initiative aims to foster strong relationships, supporting social, emotional, and academic development. School buddies play a crucial role in promoting a positive and inclusive environment at Bentley, all while nurturing personal growth and development for our students. We can't wait to see these bonds strengthen and flourish!
