Mathematical Maker Faire

The Math Department hosted a Maker Faire on the Lafayette Campus for the second time. The Maker Faire is a culmination of the various mathematical projects that our students have been creating throughout the term. The students got very creative, building projects such as a planetarium inside a tent, instructions for baking the best cookies, a large-scaled catapult, and a demonstration representing the sweet spots on a basketball hoop.
