2nd Grade Embarks on a Sensory Adventure: Exploring Adjectives Through Their Five Senses
This week in the 2nd grade, students used their senses to explore the delightful world of tangerines.
Teachers encouraged students to think creatively and brainstorm a multitude of vivid adjectives to capture the essence of these citrus treasures. After peeling the tangerines and savoring their juicy sweetness, students continued their journies through writing. With the colorful array of adjectives they had gathered, they crafted a captivating five-sentence paragraph that vividly described their delightful experience.
